GROUND TRANSPORTATION: As shown in each itinerary by modern motorcoach.

HOTELS: Twin-bedded rooms with bath or shower in First Class or Standard hotels. On rare occasion, it may be necessary to substitute a hotel in a lower category; should this occur, an appropriate refund will be made for the applicable portion of the tour. A limited number of single rooms are available at the supplementary charge shown for each tour. Triple rooms usually consist of standard double or twin beds, plus additional sofa bed, folding bed or cot for third person.

TIPS AND TAXES: Service charges as imposed by hotels and taxes by local administrations and government authorities on accommodations, meals and transportation are included in the tour price. Tips to tour directors, drivers, etc., are at travelers discretion.

PORTERAGE: Handling and porterage of 1 piece of luggage per person are included on Tours at hotels and airports.

SIGHTSEEING: As specified in each itinerary, including entrance fees. Due to unforeseen changes in local schedules and events, we reserve the right to change the sequence of ports, sightseeing events and activities. We may also substitute those listed with those of similar quality and value without prior notice. NOTE: Itineraries may vary from date to date. An updated schedule will be forwarded with your final documentation.

TOUR ESCORT: The services of a tour escort while touring. Local hosts elsewhere.

CHILDREN: Under 12 years of age not accepted on motorcoach tours. There is no reduction on land portion; reduction on air transportation is offered according to each airlines policy.

BAGGAGE: On trans-Atlantic flights as perpolicy of each airline. Baggage is carried at owners own risk and insurance is recommended.

TOUR PRICES: Prices are based on tariffs and exchange fares and are subject to change without notice.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT: A deposit of $200 for tours per person is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to departure.

CREDIT CARD PAYMETS: Deposits can be made only by check. Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card) are accepted for final payment. Credit card charges will not be processed without a completed Credit Cardholders Authorization Form.

CHANGE FEE: Subsequent to initial reservation, any revision will incur a $25 change fee per booking for each revision.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: Cancellations must be made in writing and cancellation charges per person will apply. Since these conditions are strictly enforced, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance from your travel agent. If you do not take the trip because of civil disturbance in a country to be visited (whether or not the subject of a State Department advisory), Polamer will not be responsible for any refund or alternate arrangements if you cancel in these circumstances. There will be no refunds for unused tour services. This includes missed transfers due to airline schedule changes and/or missed flights, missed sightseeing tours, meals and hotel accommodations.

CLAIMS: Unless a claim for refund or adjustment is made within 30 days after the return of the tour, the Company shall be released from all liability hereunder of any nature whatsoever.

YOUR RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Passport fees; visa handling fees; taxes or tips on services not included in the itinerary; laundry valet service; gratuity to tour escort or local host; excess baggage charges; insurance of any kind; wines, liquors, mineral waters, coffee or tea, food or beverages not on the regular menus of the included meals. Airport taxes or any other taxes, such as departure tax, customs fee, APHIS etc., are not included.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: A valid passport is required for travelling to Europe. Your passport expiration date must be at least six months after your return. Information on visas will be provided upon request.

TARIFF & EXCHANGE FLUCTUATIONS: Rates are subject to tariffs and exchange levels or additional fuel surcharges. Airfares quoted herein are those in effect at time of printing and are subject to change.

All exchange orders, coupons, vouchers, and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which such means of transportation, accommodations and other services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such documentation shall be deemed to be consent to the further condition that the travel agent and/or Polamer and/or its agent shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity in any vehicle or through the act or fault of any company, or person engaged in conveying the passengers, or of any hotel proprietor, personnel or servant or of any other person otherwise in connections therewith.
The travel agent and/or Polamer and/or its agents cannot accept any responsibilities for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or any other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger, as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. The tour operator reserves the sole right to eliminate any tour or feature and to make changes in the itinerary as it may be necessary or desirable and to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour for the whole or any part of the tour should it be deemed advisable for any reason. The transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their carriers or conveyances. No refund will be made for any unused portion of this program.
The passenger contract issued by the transportation companies shall constitute sole contract between the transportation companies and the purchaser of this tour and/or passage. Airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft. The airlines concerned are responsible only for the air travel portion of this tour performed by it on behalf of the tour participants in accordance with terms and conditions of their individual passage contracts and subject to applicable laws, treaties and regulations governing air transportation.
Tour services including, but not limited to, carriage by land, guide services, hotel accommodations, restaurants and all services other than carriage by air are furnished by contractors who are independent and do not act on behalf of the airline and the airline shall not be responsible for any act, omission or event occurring prior to the tour participants embarkation upon or after his disembarkation from the airlines aircraft.
The usual passage contract used by the airlines, when issued, shall constitute sole contract between the airlines and the tour participant; and in purchasing a passage contract as part of this tour, the participant acknowledges and accepts the foregoing conditions. The payment for reservations on this tour shall constitute consent of all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions published herein.
